Terms of Service
Effective October 9, 2026
These terms cover your use of Skylight, a mapping tool for churches made by Problem Assassins, LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or signing in, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and your church.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in details and keys private. You are responsible for what happens in your church's account.
- The church owner decides who can sign in and what they can do.
Your church's data
- Your church owns the data it brings into Skylight. We use it only to run Skylight for your church, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- You confirm your church has the right to use the people's details it connects, and that it will use them to care for its people, in line with the law.
- You can disconnect Planning Center at any time, which deletes what Skylight synced from it.
Email and AI
- Skylight writes email drafts, and email waits in Approvals for a person at your church to approve it, with two exceptions. When a super admin at your church has turned on auto-send on the Accounts tab, an email to a Skylight account with a confirmed email goes out right away and shows in Approvals as sent. A routine's note to its own user always goes out without approval. You are responsible for the emails you approve and for turning auto-send on.
- Matches and drafts written with an AI model can be wrong. Review them before you act on them.
- Do not use Skylight to send spam or messages people did not expect from your church.
Acceptable use
Do not try to get into another church's account, break or overload Skylight, or use it for anything unlawful.
Availability
We work to keep Skylight running and backed up, but it is provided as is, without guarantees that it will always be available or free of errors. Features may change over time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Problem Assassins, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data or messages, arising from the use of Skylight.
Ending use
You can stop using Skylight at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date. Using Skylight after that means you accept the new terms.
